currently we are lack of resources to hold such competition...
however we are already planning something...

I would second both post's above
1) there are lots of places online which provide simmilar content.
2) we right now lack in terms of resources specifically human resources
however if someone wants to take ownership they can start i may be able to pitching with some challenges of my own. (however most of my torture is generally reserved for nullcon HackIM :P)

and what about .................webinars?
@H@CK3R_ADI we are open to host and setup the platform for webinars provided there are volunteers to provide the webinars.

Yes if there are people ready to take seminars we will arrange everything, last time we did a webinar around 100 odd visitors.
